Passed away September 8, 2013 at Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs. Paul was born July 30, 1942 in Omaha, NE to Howard E. Van Bibber and Roma Moss. He served his country in the United States Air Force. He is preceded in death by his parents and stepmother June Van Bibber. Paul is survived by his wife Marilyn, whom he married on September 15, 1984; two brothers, Dan Van Bibber of Bellevue, NE and William "Bill" Van Bibber of Council Bluffs; five nieces, one nephew, and 19 great nieces and great nephews. VISITATION with the family will be Wednesday, September 11, from 5-7pm at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. FUNERAL SERVICE will be Thursday, September 12 at 11am also at the funeral home with Pastor Inba Inbarasu officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with full military honors. A funeral luncheon will follow at Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church. The family will direct memorials.

William A. "Bill" VanBibber, age 73, of Council Bluffs, passed away at his home on July 3, 2017.
He was born in Omaha, Neb., on September 24, 1943, to the late Edgar and Roma (Klenk) VanBibber. Bill retired from Redfield Printing in 2009.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Paul VanBibber (2013).
Bill is survived by his wife of 51 years, Lynn VanBibber; children, Cheri McLaughlin, Kim Boyle (Paul), Susie Baier (John); brother, Dan VanBibber (Suzy); 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., on Wednesday, at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Memorial service is 10 a.m., on Thursday, at the funeral home. Inurnment is in the Garner Township Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Methodist Jennie Edmundson Oncology or Spirit of Courage.
